Microsoft has announced in a support document that the users who are still on Windows 10 version 1809 and 1803 could face the problem of black screen after they have applied the KB4503327 update.

To solve this problem, Microsoft recommended following this method:

1. Click “Ctrl + Alt + Delete” simultaneously.

2. Then press the power button located at the bottom right corner and after that click “Restart”.
